In any MBA, International Business
is included only as a part of the curriculum and there
is a theoretical approach to it but MIB provides greater
insight on the subject with special emphasis on Marketing

the most relevant programmes managed by Faculty of Commerce
today and there is greater industry demand for it when
it was found in 1995. As a result, it has become a 2-year
course since 1995. |

Application Form for 2007 is available
on this website. It can be filled up and payment for the
entrance test can be made by crossed demand draft/pay
order in favor of "Registrar, University of Delhi"
Payable at State Bank of India, Service Branch, Delhi
(Code No. 7687). The entrance fee is Rs. 500/- for one
course and Rs. 800/- for both the courses. (Rs. 400/-
and Rs. 600/- respectively for SC/ST) |

Is the Common Entrance Test on the
same pattern as CAT? |
| Ans. |
Though the pattern of Common Entrance
Test for MIB is not exactly same as CAT but there is lot
of similarities with CAT. Entrance Test for MIB lays an
equal emphasis on a section on General Knowledge and General
Awareness. Also, data interpretation is included as a
part of Logical Reasoning, English Comprehension and Quantitative
Analysis. If the student writes a correct answer he is
awarded four marks and if wrong answer is written one
mark is deducted however if the question is not attempted,
no penalty is imposed. |
